Wanted System Enhancement: Revamped


Installation:

1. Copy the 'wsepack' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
2. Open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "<Item>dlcpacks:/wsepack/</Item>"

Optional (ambient spawn of vanilla vehicles and vehicles included in this mod):
1. Copy the 'wsepackMap' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
2. Open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "<Item>dlcpacks:/wsepackMap/</Item>"


Make backups!

Required:
dispatch.meta - Goes here:  Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
pedpersonality.ymt - Goes here: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\metadata
loadouts.meta - Goes here:  Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
zonebind.ymt - Goes here:  Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5

NOTE: Replacing "pedpersonality.ymt" and "loadouts.meta" may have unintended consequences in missions. 
These files have only been tested in freeroam Story Mode.

Type3 - Local tactical units at 4 stars, increased wanted threshold, BCSO replaces LSSD
Type3.1 - Local tactical units at 4 stars, increased wanted threshold, BCSO replaces LSSD, LSPD SRD at 3 and 4 stars

Agency Update: - LSPD Special Response Division (based on LAPD Metropolitan Unit)

Updated the liveries on the SAHP Buffalo, SAHP Granger, SAHP Transporter and SAHP Maverick.

- At 4 stars local tactical units are dispatched instead of NOOSE TRU.

Added the SAHP Buffalo.
Added the SAHP Transporter.
Added the LSPD SUV.
Updated the SAHP Granger.
Changed the Sheriff SUV livery from black and white to white.
Added proper vehicle names to the FIB Buffalo and FIB Granger.

Added a second highway patrolman (s_m_y_hwaycop_02).
Replaced the SWAT model with the NOOSE Expanded Pack version (s_m_y_swat_01).
Added an alternate version of the SWAT model (different pants + tactical leg holster).
NOTE: In case of a crash (has been tested, highly unlikely), 
the previous version of the model is located in the "SWAT Backup" folder. 

Added a .ymap file that spawns vanilla vehicles and vehicles included in this mod at specific locations:
- Vespucci Police Station
- Mission Row Police Station
- Vinewood Police Station
- LSIA
- Sandy Shores Sheriff Station
- Paleto Bay Sheriff Station

Updated the "dispatch.meta" file.

Added a "zonebind.ymt" file that restricts the spawn point of the SAHP during a wanted level 
to the highways in the countryside.
NOTE: This "zonebind.ymt" is not compatible with other "zonebind.ymt" files included in other mods.

In "pedpersonality.ymt" I've added POLICE_SMG, POLICE_COMBAT, POLICE_SERVICE, LOADOUT_SWAT_NO_LASER_SERVICE personalities.
I've changed the loadout in POLICE and POLICE_FEMALE from LOADOUT_COP to LOADOUT_COP_LSPD.

In "loadouts.meta" I've added 
LOADOUT_SWAT_NO_LASER_SERVICE(replaced the Carbine Rifle with the Service Rifle; FIB Tactical Units use it), 
LOADOUT_COP_LSPD(50% chance of Pistol, 50% chance of Pump Shotgun), 
LOADOUT_COP_COMBAT(50% chance of Pistol, 50% chance of Combat Shotgun), 
LOADOUT_COP_SERVICE(50% chance of Pistol, 50% chance of Service Carbine), 
LOADOUT_COP_SMG(50% chance of Pistol, 50% chance of SMG).
I've also added "_BRUH" to the names of the original police loadouts.
They are still there in their entirety but because of adding "_BRUH" to their name the game doesn't recognise them.


(NOTE: NOOSE TRU Officers won't spawn hanging off the side of the NOOSE TRU Granger; they will spawn inside of the vehicle)

PSA:

To add a new dispatch zone (you can only add one) you need to edit zonebind.ymt and add "enum_ad76c606_781vcpv" 
to the regions you want to have a custom dispatch type. It is a development leftover. This mod includes a custom zonebind 
that utilises that dispatch type to spawn SAHP only on the highway.

Vehicles that will successfully spawn if used for SWAT dispatches ("<DispatchType>DT_SwatAutomobile</DispatchType>") are
CRUSADER, FBI2, SHERIFF2, NOOSEVAN(used in this mod).
I've renamed the NOOSE TRU Granger's model from "trugranger" to "noosevan" so it spawns successfully.
